    I read about 11 pages and no one explained the “nic nac patty wack” story.

    There is a song that uses the quotes phrase.
    “This old man, he played one, he played nic nac on my thumb. With a nic nac patty wack, give a dog a bone. This old man came rolling home.

    It goes on through the numbers.
