i am starting to use horoscopes as the reason people do what they do.

Why can’t ships carry weapons on board to fight off pirates or idiots like the Sea Shepherd hippies?
I would love to see those idiots mess with the whalers armed with guns. Honestly, at this point, they should have the right to carry guns. Are these some dumb UN rules or something?
