I was going to say Twilight, but you’ve already got that.
One series is the House of Night novels, but their not that good, I wouldn’t really recommend them. (They’re alright for a quick shallow read, but if you read it more then once you start to dig into them and hit the bottum of the pit really fast.)

You could try the Mortal Instruments series. They’re not ENTIRELY vampires and werewolves, but they’ve got those in there.

Try the Vampire Diaries by LJ Smith or any of her other series – Secret Circle and Night World were my favorites besides the Vampire Diaries. The Night World series has all sorts of paranormal critters in it.
I also like Patricia Briggs’s Mercedes Thompson series. She’s a walker (changes into a coyote) and there are vampires, withces, werewolves and fairies in the books. This series isn’t YA (I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for), but I think it is appropriate for a younger crowd.
