Blood covers the streets, bodies everywhere
Stormy skies, the smell of murder in the air
Pitch black, can barely see even with a torch
Crows circle above because of the corpses
Snakes and spiders roam in the darkness

I long to feel the tides move,
To feel the life of the waves crashing.
Pouring over and down on the rock that is me,
Trying to reach past, to set me free.
