im a old world of warcraft player coming back for the 3rd time..
i had a level 70 last november but i canceled my account..
im just wondering do i need to buy the wrath of lich king expansion in order to see any new content before level 70 – 80 ?

I have a satellite internet connection, and therefore have a download cap. Will I need to download anything after installing my new copy of Burning Crusade, or will I be able to install it now and not have to drag my giant PC somewhere else?
