There is no release date set yet. Blizzard hasn’t announced any dates but Gamestop and a few other sources have made up their own dates which are false.
If you order it in advance…and they raise the price….you can either pay the higher amount or cancel your order. If they lower the price and you ordered already…you pay the lower price.
