I downloaded it up to 80 something percent and all of a sudden it said that there was an error deleting something calledwow.temp and it destroyed all my progress and i had to restart. Is there any way to get it back and what was the problem?

I have world of warcraft and a Sony Vaio laptop. My laptop is only 1 and a half years old. I was wondering some ways to improve my preformance. Also, would connecting my laptop to a lcd tv make it any better?

Im a new player, and see that the expansion is coming out, can I download the expansion and use the new features…ie level cap to 70…with my same cahracter, or will I have to start all over in a new realm with a brand new character?
