I have windows 7 for my computer, the first 2 discs I install work properly and downloaded sucessfully, The original WoW and burning crusade. But when It gets to WOTLK it stops at about 97-98% and then gives me an error, I have tried downloading it through the site, and 2 different WOTLK discs and neither have worked, when I was at gamestop someone told me I needed to download somthing for the installation to work. Any suggestions or idea’s? Is there somthing im doing wrong?

Im hoping that World PVP would be seriously boosted, along with the honor system, and maybe having City Leaders start dropping items, and maybe having a few Daily Quests to kill them.

I can't download world of warcraft: wrath of the lich king, help?
okay so I bought wotlk but my cd drive isn’t working for some reason…I was wondering if I could use the authentication key on world of warcraft and downlaod wotlk from there..? if I can then I don’t know where on that website I can download it. I’m not on a free trial or anything…if that helps..=S
I do have world of warcraft and BC…if I upgrade my account will I have to pay?…
Will my laptop be able to handle WoW: Wrath of the Lich King?
Okay so right now I have a laptop with
- 2 GB ram
- 160 GB HD
- Nvidia 7000m video card (could be 6000, shared memory T_T)
- Vista
Now I play WoW and I can pull off 12-15 fps in Outland and 20-23 fps in Azeroth, right? I am fine with 15 fps in outland, it does not bother me that much since I am playing on a Laptop after all.
Will I still be able to get that same fps when I get into Northrend? Because I read that they’re making the graphics slightly better in there, so it got me worried.
Also, any tips on how to increase my fps in general? I can’t add any extra RAM, and my settings are on low. Hopefully anyone can help out!
Do I get free play time with Wrath of the Lich King?
OK so I have a gift card at HMV and don’t want anything in particular so thought I would get this in preparation for when I finally get a level 70 character. However I am sure I took a WOTLK trial and just used it training up a warlock. I did try to get to Northrend and it said I hadn’t bought WOTLK. So if I buy a retail box and it does come with some free time, am I OK to use it?
Secondly, how the hell am I meant to install it. When I did the Battlechest, WoW took an age to install via downloads, then BC seemed to install the exact same files again via download. Seeing as I am patched up to date with 3.3 do I actually need to install anything? Or just register that I have legitimately bought WOTLK? In which case is it cheaper to buy direct from Blizzard and use the gift card for some play time?

How Do I Install World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King on Mac OS?
I got wotLK about 5 days ago, and since then, I’ve been trying to install it. It doesn’t seem to work. I put the DVD-ROM into my Mac (leopard) and the wotLK pops up with some music and the options of:
Play
Readme
Manual
Support
Exit
In the bottom right hand corner, there’s a button saying "uninstall".
But the thing is, I haven’t even installed it yet!
I read the manual multiple times – and it doesn’t help. Please, ANYONE that can help me, please answer!
Also, don’t answer if your answer is along the lines of "I dunno, sorry".
