Your most painful body mod?

What was the most painful piercing or tattoo, or even implant or stretching you’ve had?
Please give details lol.
I want so much, I love body modifications, I want a star outline on my back, on the shoulder area, I want a nostril piercing, re-do my navel piercing, tattoo on my lower back, another ear lobe piercing, and I’m not sure what else yet lol

The one that hurt me the most was my butt tattoo (it’s a donkey rearing up). Trust me, that sensitive area DOES NOT like to be poked with needles.

After my boob job I felt like I had a semi on my chest. It had to be the most painful.

most painful had to be the tattoo on the arch of my foot.

Gotten a few tattoos on my chest and one under my wrist. Chest ones hurt the most I guess but it was all groovy.
ear piercing, it didn’t hurt that much
The mod my body did on it’s own while running…Dislocated patella…VERY painful.
My most painful would have to have been the tattoos on my chest. Its just a tender spot anyways, I have two birds on each side.
They are not even finished yet, because I can’t stand to sit in that chair.
All my other tattoos and piercings have been fine.
as far as saying a painful piercing, my industrial, was the worst out of any because of how long it takes, and its two right next to eachother.
nose – it wasn’t really painful, but i’ve only got ears & nose, so i guess its the most.
I don’t have much experience with modification, however, I have a skull and roses tattoo on my rib cage from the waist up to the armpit and about 6 inches across.
That hurt like no other pain I’ve EVER experienced on this planet!
i have a japanese-inspired fan on my right hip that goes pretty low, almost to my crotch. wow, was that painful!
