Well, you don’t swallow the gum, do you? Even then, you’re taking in a very, very small amount of calories. Unless you’re chewing hundreds of piece a day, I wouldn’t worry about it.
No it actually contributes to losing weight, as your body is chewing and thinks that you will be swallowing so it releases the acid enzymes that digest it, but you never swallow or something like that I think. Even if that’s not right, you definitely don’t put on weight from it. Otherwise I would be yet another figure in the obesity reports.

gum does not make u fatter if u have 1 piece but 10 a day probably can
