Yes, just because apartheid ended, doesn’t excuse it’s participants anymore then nazi war criminals would be now that the nazi party died off.

Genocide and mass murder is commonplace in Africa. I guess many there would lack visas, in many different nations, if you extended your logic fairly.
Isn’t it rather racist to hold all white people: man, woman, baby, responsible for the actions of a few?

As far as I know, all whites that were financially able to leave South Africa would never consider going back. Have you not read any of the news from that nation that covers the last ten years?
Whites have been persecuted and murdered routinely with the grace of the government looking away, innocent people. What guilty ones from the past would ever even think about setting foot in there?
