I had a dream (nightmare) that my ex boyfriend stole my car then when I went to search for it, I found he was a murder and he was by a river, and used explosives and would set the river on fire, and let his victims think they escaped before another person from the town (like a police officer) would come (it was a conspiracy) and they’d brutally murder the person.
What does this mean?

I was wondering, if you kill criminals would you still go to Hell? I mean you do it to help people, and try to rid the world of the criminals.
