Huh? No no NO!!! NEVER EVER LOOK AT THE ACTIONS THEMSELVES! Bad! Actions mean nothing to the factors that motivate them which your starting to toy with. But a profile, espacially for profiling, need to look at the why more then the what and how. So really until you breck down the barriers theres no telling what your dealing with, shoot he could eat the office psychopath for lunch... and as far as psychopath teaming up with others, no! A sociopath would, there about social manipulation, while a psychopath is more about personal manipulation so don't worry about that, well unless you didn't know he was a sociopathic...
