How can a student was murdered inside a college campus or lab?

I am not talking about mass murder with gun by some mentally ill person. I am talking about the psycho killer who appear like ordinary student or teacher or staff in the college. How safe is a college campus? How come the college did not check the background of the staff or teacher when they hired them? They asked the students for criminal record when you try to submit the application for admission. Should we the students are allowed to bring loaded gun to protect ourselves? What do you think?

Hypothetical: How would one fight and defeat a secret global group bent on mass murder and enslavement?

It has control of every aspect of our lives through government, media, military, agriculture, health care, banking, and multiple large scale corporations that people are reliant on. That uses a leader in the strongest country in the world that invokes a cult of personality to keep the majority of it’s populace in control and ignorant to what’s going on behind the scenes. That uses the media for the same purpose as stated above but to also distract people by dividing them with invented enemy’s and trivial differences that also gives negative labels or completely ignores anyone who attempts to expose this group. Anyone in government that attempts to expose them is assassinated, bribed, made unpopular though the media or is threatened into submission. There ultimate goal is the genocide of most of humanity and to enslave whoever is left, they go about doing this by poisoning the food, water, and medicine to which most people are unaware and slowly restricting peoples rights and freedom’s in the name of national security to which most people don‘t care until it directly effects them. What steps should be taken to defeat this group and how would one go about doing it?
Constructive answers only please…

Is there some specific condition to describe people who hear "killed everyone on earth with the exception of 8 people," or "eternally tortures all those who turn away from him" and think that’s really great– worthy of the ultimate praise and unwavering devotion?

I think you could use the same term to describe the Manson family, but the technical labeling escapes me…
d.k.– oh yes, nationalists tend to be in this category as well.

For English, we have a 6-10 page essay to write about the genocide in Rwanda, and one of the questions asks why people would want to be mass murderers in the first place. What is it that drives people to murder massive amounts of people? Any URL’s would be helpful as well (:

Is it coincidental that several recent mass murders involved shooters who had been romantically rejected?

Seung-Hui Cho, responsible for this spring’s Virginia Tech shooting, had a history of stalking girls and repeatedly making unwelcome advances after being asked to stop: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seung-Hui_Cho (see "Relationships With Students").

Tyler Peterson, responsible for killing 6 high school and college students this past week in Wisconsin, "told [his friend] Kegley that he had gone to his ex-girlfriend’s house early Sunday morning in hopes of patching up the relationship after a recent breakup. But, he said, Peterson lost control when the meeting ended in an argument and other people started ridiculing him as a ‘worthless pig.’ … The police chief said Peterson and the young woman had been in a relationship for a few years. ‘They had broken up and gone back and forth,’ [Crandon Police Chief John] Dennee said (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071008/ap_on_re_us/wisconsin_shooting ).
To what extent do you think some inability to properly deal with rejection contributed to this violence? Why do our male mass murderers think taking the lives of multiple people is an appropriate way to deal with relationship problems and/or rejection? Do you think a sense of male entitlement toward women is a problem in all of this?
Heh. Corwin, Tyler Peterson actually *did* shoot his ex-lover.

Again on Cho:
"During the investigation, the police found a note in Cho’s room in which he criticized "rich kids," "debauchery" and "deceitful charlatans." In the note, Cho continued by saying that "you caused me to do this."[86][5] Early media reports also speculated that Cho was obsessed with fellow student Emily Hilscher and became enraged after his romantic overtures were rejected.[87][88][89][90] Law enforcement investigators could not find evidence that Cho knew Hilscher.[91]"

Also, a mass murderer somewhat indiscriminately killing five to thirty other adults using firearms is rather different in many ways from a woman "drowning her four children." In fact, it is *very* different in motive, intent, and method. I’ll think on this.

When will congress officially recognize the mass murder of native Americans as genocide?
