I have a rental home in Indiana and find myself in a situation where I need to evict the current tenants. I don’t have the lease agreement on hand today, it’s at home. So I don’t know off hand whether I made any special stipulation such as "if drugs are found on the premises you are consider in breach of the lease and will have 24 hours to vacate the premises." What is the time frame required by law if I don’t have something like that in the lease?

Ok so I’ve done a little coke, so I’m not really a "virgin" so to speak with the whole hard drug thing…..I’m also not looking to do anymore drugs or anything like that…I just want to know the specific differences….are they all made from the same thing? What are the different ways people use them? What forms do they come in?

i have come accross mini hidden camera around the premisesbut yet absolutely no postings anywhere stating "under survelliance". They have been witnessed, under the pretences of just checking the smoke detector in a unit, going thru every single drawer and cabinet (not knowing that tenant was hiding inside. lists of complaints goes on and on!

Why are "street drugs" illegal and the sale and consumption of alcohol under many conditions not illegal? What do you think?

The more I research into this, the more I realise how much rubbish is being forced down our throats regarding illegal drugs. I understand that it’s better to stay away from them, but all I hear about are things along the lines of "If you do heroin just once, your life will turn to crap and you’ll have no friends and family and you’ll be ugly, etc". And they also tell us how cannabis is a monstrously addictive drug, but when I researched this, I found out it isn’t really as bad as they said.

I’ve been hearing a lot about this "salvia" stuff lately, and I was just curious as to the difference between this stuff and marijuana.

Watching a few of these documentaries on the topic makes me think it expands your conciousness…."takes everything apart and then puts it back together so you are more aware". What is your perspective on this?

I don’t want any answers like "Why? That stuff is dangerous!", or "Don’t use that stuff! You could kill yourself!" I want a straight up answer please.
Also, for Paul, that doesn’t help! I need solid facts and that site didn’t help me! I need straight up answers or else I will fail!

ok i’m no "stoner" or anything, but i understand (kind of) how a gravity bong works, but in the instance of a "waterfall" bong (where a bottle is filled and drained out with smoke), i dont understand why this is necessary. what is the purpose of the water if it is just drained out anyway? i guess i’m just confused on the whole vacuum effect thing
