I moved inside a new place 2 months ago. Inside one room, there was a big library that is impossible to move. A week ago, I decided to clean the top of it. To my big surprise, there was like a 100 empty cocaine bags , but nothing really inside, just the trace (you see the white stuff). Which make me think : would the police charge me of possession if they found it ? Is there a way to protect ourselves against something like that ? I would like a real answer if possible backed up by facts, not personal opinions ! In case they can charge, is there a way to ask the police to come with a dog or something before taking posession of a place ? Thanks !
OK, all right, of course I threw that away, but I am not the only one in that case, I´m sure of it… Now can anyone tell me when I move next time, what is the steps to protect myself ??? It´s ok to make laws and everything, it´s ok to apply it as strong as you can, but what is not ok is not to make sure innocent citizens are not protected. I realize we are the country with the most per capita prisoners in the world (we even beat comunist China on that ! ) , please tell me someone there is a procedure to protect innocent people… I mean, drug addicts will stach their stuff in places you would never imagine !!!
Well, if what MeinOH is true, this society is really sick ! I mean, I would never take the chance, knowing by experience how a human being can react differently then another one, to call the police and say : HEY !! If got a ton of empty baggies !!! Let me just hope that you are a reasonable person, and you are not going to ruin my life, make me live the whole stress of going to court, destroy my reputation, and put me in debts with a lawyer that will be nothing more then happy to charge me big time! I mean, the government have to provide a procedure in theses case ! They would charge me for getting rid of it ??? Hopefully the medias would be interrested, if not… it´s not this government that´s going to help me !
