I have just watched a tv show wherein the girl character keeps on ingesting pills. I think she’s addicted to them, but my sister says that you can’t get addicted to prescription drugs. Is this true? Or could addiction to prescription drugs really happen?

If medical drugs or treatments could rejuvenate you, give you more than the Bible’s "three score and ten" years of life, what would Christian views on the procedures be?

Would a healthy, active lifespan of up to, say 150 years, be a sin, putting off the time when you "meet Jesus"? An abomination? Would the doctors who performed any such procedure be considered to be "tampering with the works of God"?

Or would it be considered just an extension of medicine, like a hernia operation or blood pressure pills?

i am 15 years of age and i have decided to stop doing drugs. i just need help with out rehab or doctors becuase to me they dont work. if anybody can help me please contact me as soon as possible.i by myself left drugs becuase that is not the life i want and i want to better myself. i get mood swings, im very shakey, and i cry for no reason.i used to use weed, and pills and i have been almost a month without them and everyday that goes by my symptoms get worse.

ive only taken a handful dingers in my time, but im yet to have any pills hit me before ive resorted to the billy. i double dropped last weekend and still took over 2 hours until i started having cones to clock over and start workin. is it just a coincidence or does this make any fucking sense to anyone?

I work in a locally owned pharmacy that lets anyone dispose of the prescription drugs that are returned by clients. They have hazardous waste boxes in a small room where the employee fridge is at. My question is, don’t you have to have a tech license to handle drugs in ANY WAY and can this be considered illegal since ANYONE can easily stick their hand in this box full of pills of all kinds and steal them? Who should I notify?
By the way, the RX in charge is the owner and I wouldn’t want to hint the possibility that I may report them. The boxes they use to throw the pills in are WIDE OPEN, like i said I can go in and grab a handful of pills myself..it’s got to be illegal.

A friend of mine has had an allergic reaction to some antibiotics that he had been taking previously. Long story short he took cortisone to clean out his system, and he is now currently taking cortisone pills. I am completely against marijuana and am concerned at the fact that he is planning to smoke it, i just need some reassurance that it wont be a problem, and if it is can you please let me know!
