I’m in an apartment building and suspect my neighbors below of a meth lab. Blinds are always closed and I never see them. There’s a smell every night that’s sort of sweet. Just the other night I noticed an overwhelming smell of ammonia that woke me up. What’s the verdict?

I have heard that houses that have been used as meth labs are often permanently ruined and can be detrimental to your health. Is there any way to tell if a house was once a meth lab?

I found out that a downstairs tenant in my building was arrested for operating a meth lab out of her apartment while i was living here. While my children were here. The apartment owners never disclosed this information. I learned through another tenant. Is this grounds to break my lease?

having access to keys to other persons apartments. Has a history of sexual abuse; to which they lost there 2 children.
Fact: they plea bargained to snitch off another known meth lab inorder to not have to register as such offenders
i have come accross mini hidden camera around the premisesbut yet absolutely no postings anywhere stating "under survelliance". They have been witnessed, under the pretences of just checking the smoke detector in a unit, going thru every single drawer and cabinet (not knowing that tenant was hiding inside. lists of complaints goes on and on!

also how is it different from a meth lab? (smell wise). trying to detect what exactly im smelling
would it be so strong you could smell it in a neighboring apartment if they were just smoking it?

our apartment used to be a meth lab. we were in a rush when we moved in, and didn’t notice. we don’t really want to move, but one room is particularly bad. we have vacumed and cleaned profusely, and our eyes, nose, and lungs continue to burn alittle every time we are in that room. is there anything we havn’t tried that anyone can suggest?

Me and my brother were walking around this rural area behind my house, and we found what it looks like to be an abandoned meth lab. There was a white bucket with a lot of weird gas looking liquid inside of it, a water bottle with the bottom cut off, a metal thing that read "fuel compressor", a empty can of drano, and a bunch of engine starter cans. Who should i contact it about, and could i get a reward for reporting it?

I rent a house with my wife and 1 year old son. The former owners of the house smoked a lot. Before we moved in, my wife and I wiped the walls down with cleaning solution and they just dripped black water when we sprayed the cleaning solution on them. It took a long time to clean them but the smell is MUCH better now. Anyway, my mother called me today and asked me if I had ever thought that this house was a former meth lab because of the smell. From what I have read, the smell in a former meth lab is very chemical. We’ve never smelled anything other than just stale smoke in this house. My mother covertly swabbed some dust from the cracks of the house and tested it with some meth tester. It didn’t register positive but eventually did a few days later. We really doubt that it was a meth lab but we don’t know what it would smell like. Is there a way to determine for sure? I’m afraid the landlords may just lie if we ask. Would the police department test the house for free?

Is it true that you could get a stiff prison sentence for operating a meth lab whether if it’s in your home, your vehicle or any public place?

Any tests that can be done to determine if there was once a meth lab at a certain location?
