I understand, but do you know of any drugs that are known to just help the pain? My grandfather lives in a poor country in Eastern Europe, and he is very skeptical of any doctor. I just thought that I might be able to purchase some better drugs from the US, or Canada then what he can get there (Although I’m sure he will be able to obtain the right drugs if only he went to a doctor) Any other suggestions? What year is marijuana going to be legalized? No doubt it is as we have medical marijauna and that’s the first step to completely legalizing it. Plus, in Canada it’s pretty much legal despite them keeping it illegal on the books to appease the U.S. You can walk into a coffe shop and buy pot in Canada. THey are our neighbor so it’s only a matter of time till we legalize it. How long do you think til it’s legal? I’m going to say by 2015.
I wasn’t going to turn this into a debate of how harmful marijuana is but since some people are answering that way I will throw out a few facts.

I don’t believe in these gateway drug theories but if people want to bring that up tobacco and alcohol are used by most people before marijuana. Those are gateway drugs and are legal so the gateway drug theory can’t be the reason to keep it illegal. In terms of it being harmful, alcohol killls many people each year from both alcohol poisoning and the affects it has on the liver. Marijuana has been proven not to cause cancer when smoked. It’s also a fact marijuana has never killed anyone in the history of the world, no lie, it’s impossible to overdose, a person would fall asleep prior to that happening. Also, both alcohol and tobacco are physicall addictive, marijuana is not. It’s being debated whether it’s mentally addictive but alcohol and tobacco are both physically and mentally addictive. Anyhow, enough rambling this is about what year

I am interested in learning more about the approval process for drugs and medical devices in Canada vs the USA. New and emerging companies would benefit from this.

I know that sometimes they give it to the needy or reuse them again but what if the drugs can no longer be used? I don’t think they just toss them in the garbage cause that hurts the enviornment (ends up back in the soil? I need this for school so please provide a good answer! Thank you!
