Is it ok if i hit a bong if i just got my lip pierced?

I just got my lip pierced a few days ago (its pretty swollen still) and the piercer told me not to smoke…. but can i still hit a bong? I smoked out of a pipe the day i got it pierced and it got a bit irritated and it swelled up. I like to smoke but i dont want my lip ring to get infected.

    I’d say go for it but clean your mouth afterwards to be safe… it’s all natural, lol! Besides they may have told you not to smoke as in cigarettes, but look at the nasty stuff cigs have in them…

    Oh Man, can you not hang out for about a week while its healing??? There are reasons why the piercer said "no smoking" lol.

    No you shouldn’t.

    You shouldn’t full stop in all honesrty..
    i know it’s not a really strong drug.. but it’s illegal unless for medical purposes…

    I’d say yes, but just use mouthwash afterwards.
