How long till Marijuana is decriminalized, taxed and regulated?

like what countries in the world is cocaine legal for anyone, or anyone of age to be able to buy? Are there any places where you can buy it in the stores like alcohol. Is it legal in Colombia or South America or any country?
Are there any countries that has stores or businesses selling cocaine legally to anyone that wants to buy it? Not that medical crap like medical marijuana where only certain people thats terminally ill with the right prescription can buy it. Im talking about anyone of age that can buy it like cigarettes and alcohol.

I have asked many subtl questions about drugs and all have gotten deleted. But know i have been reading the alternitive meds part of yahoo Q@A and it seems people can openly talk about drugs here. When i said the word "pot" on my other qs it got deleted. Is it ok to ask those sort of qs as long as your in alternitive med q asking area?

Im doing a research project on the two. I know meth is way more addicting, but I also know they produce similiar effects. I know ecstacy (X, rolls, E) gives you an extreme euphoric rush for a few hours, but isnt this what meth does? Does meth give you that extreme ability to bond and love others like X does?

Or even just a normal trip? The sleep paralysis’ I had were always scary, is it the same thing as a bad lsd trip? Last time I had one was a few days ago where I didnt sleep for a day, then when I went to my bed, I feel asleep about 30 min after, and thats when I started to have a sleep paralysis. The weird thing for me though, is that I know its scary, but I enjoy it.
