If you buy a bong and marijuana seeds from Europe do US customs confiscate them?

When they cross US borders will they check the box and take it away, or If i order them will they arrive untouched? I dont want to waste money buyin the expensive stuff then getting it taken away when it reaches the US borders. can they block a bong and cannabis seeds?

Most seed orders will make it through, but a small percentage are confiscated by Customs/Homeland Security. If that happens, you’ll receive an empty package closed with green Homeland Security tape and a note saying prohibited material has been removed. I have never heard of any follow up action being taken, but it’s never a good idea to have seeds shipped to the grow location.
Your bong should be fine…they are legal.

they’d probably block the seeds but not the bong because people buy bongs for tobacco too…
depends on what state you live in. you’re probably fine though.
Why don’t you ask the Department of Homeland Security. If you feel you can’t do that then the odds are you thinking that what you’re doing isn’t totally legal somehow. And if that’s the case then you shouldn’t expect your stuff to arrive untouched, or worse.
It’s possible you might get in more trouble than just getting stuff confiscated. Why don’t you email those websites you are shopping from and ask them what other customers in the US have experienced? I’m sure they could tell you.
The bong should be fine, as they are sold in the US and can be used for legal purposes.
The seeds are prohibited under federal law unless they are sterile (unable to germinate). You may or may not get caught, customs don’t check everything but there’s no way to know if they’ll check your package. Most seed companies won’t ship to the US. I personally wouldn’t risk it, since you could face fines or other prosecution if they do find it. I’ve had controlled medication from an online pharmacy shipped to the US without problems though. I had a foreign prescription but didn’t want the costs involved with buying in the US, so I had it shipped internationally.

i wouldn’t risk it. there’s a chance of it getting taken and you getting in serious trouble.
