What does unlawful possession of drugs refer to?
Is this refering to drugs like cocaine or to drugs like being found with pills that you bought from someone…like pain killers?
The news paper didn’t say whether it was a controlled drug or a scheduled drug.

It refers to a system imposed by politicians, cops, lawyers, judges, jailers, businessmen, doctors, propagandists and others in attempt to codify what they see as proper behaviors.
Limbaugh who said before he was a convicted doper. We should put these people in jail and throw away the key. Now of course he is singing a different tune.
It refers to both illicit drugs and drugs that the person doesn’t have a prescription for. By the way, just the facts should just answer the question, it doesn’t have anything to do with Rush Limbaugh.
unlawful possession of drugs is exactly what it says – you had drugs in your possession that you had no legal right to have – whether it was street drugs or prescription drugs – if you don’t have a prescription for the drugs it is unlawful for you to have them in your possession!
Controlled drugs are also scheduled drugs. Unlawful possession of drugs could be vicodin, or heroin or anything else.
It is unlawful to possess any drug that the federal or state governments have not deemed to be legal. It is illegal to possess pills from another’s prescription. It does not have to be a controlled substance to be illegal to take anothers prescribed pills. It is dangerous to take prescribed drugs, even more dangerous to take anothers prescribed drugs.
Ask the whitehouse, many of them know the most about cocaine and such. lol
