I have to research how to selectively breed chickens and I also have to list some other options. But I can’t seem to think of any. Do you know any?

I just bought a new tank for my fish, it’s a 2.5 gallon and I feel like my fish is really lonely in there because he’s used to a smaller tank. What kind of fish can my betta live with without it killing others or being killed or hurt? Also, can these fish eat betta food, or do I have to buy a different kind depending on the fish?
