I just bought a new PC and it has google desktop installed on it. It has gadgets installed on it. I was also able to add more. My problem is that with some of the gadgets you need to make them bigger by dragging the gadget screen down. My question is how can you save that so everytime you reboot you don’t have to re-drag the gadget so you can see everything.
Thanks
Rick

I’m trying to go back and find an email that was deleted from my inbox (yahoo mail) back in July. I can find the email on my Google Desktop search, but it won’t let me open it so I can read it. Why not?? When I click on it, it says my session has expired, asks for my password, but when I put in the password, it just goes to my new mail. It’s there on the Google Dektop, (from July) so why can’t I open i??

I’m using a POP3 Gmail account with Microsoft Outlook express…
What I mean to ask is, is my mail from my Gmail account that is connected into (for lack of a better term– I dont really know what you call it when you set it up so you can receve gmail mail in express) express, stored in my computer, like if there’s a virus or something will I be in trouble…or is the mail stored online or something…I hate being computer illiterate…

I need a service that allows a group of members to congregate privately and discuss freely, but limit the group membership only to users who have a password that I have given to them.
Google/MSN have something very close to what I am looking for, however, they have an ‘invite only’ policy. Which is fine, but it’s less of a hassle for me to give out a password to all, rather than manually inviting everyone by e-mail.

Did Google send out vans equipped with panoramic cameras through every street in the 40 cities featured in the street level views of Google Earth? If that’s the case, how did it fund all the effort?
It seems like an incredible undertaking. Thanks for answers.

I don’t like how google chrome’s download page ctrl+j is, I prefer firefox’s, mainly because I can’t clear all downloads and the way it looks. How can I change Google Chrome’s download list to look like FF?
